By purchasing and downloading an image, you are not acquiring ownership of the image itself, but rather a license to use the image under the terms of the Image License Agreement provided.

Rob Mustarde Photography reserves the exclusive right to sell, license, and authorize the use of these images. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution outside the terms of the license is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Image License Agreement

Quick Summary

- Resell, sublicense, or give the image to others to use

👉 In plain English: You’re free to use the image as much as you like for your own projects, but you can’t pass it on, resell it, or use it in ways that damage my reputation.

Full Image License Agreement

Effective Date: September 30th 2025

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Images for personal, commercial, editorial, or creative purposes, subject to the restrictions in Section 2. This license is granted solely to the Licensee and is non-transferable.

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not:
- Resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Images available for use or download separately by others.
- Claim ownership of the Images or imply endorsement by the Licensor.
- Use the Images in connection with pornography, obscene material, unlawful activity, gratuitous violence, or any use that could reasonably be seen as defamatory, libelous, or damaging to Licensor’s reputation, name, or brand.

3. Permitted Uses

Licensee may, subject to Section 2, use the Images in:
- Websites, blogs, and social media posts.
- Marketing, promotional, and advertising materials.
- Print media, product packaging, and merchandise.
- Artistic and creative works.

No additional payment or permission is required for such uses.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Images remain with the Licensor. Licensee is acquiring a license to use the Images, not ownership of the Images themselves.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may revoke the license immediately if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Images.

6. No Warranty

The Images are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Images.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

By downloading or using any Image from Rob Mustarde Photography, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
